Is it ok to try to find Russians to join the project? I think there might be some people in my Twitter followers, who could be interested.

We can create a profile page at Vkontakte. A project or a company is treated similarly at Vkontakte. No real Fan page option yet available. Public for anyone to find.

To create page in Vkontakte, invitation from someone who´s already in is needed. Someone who has account in Vkontakte invites his/her friend who gets username and password via SMS. So first to create page we need someone to invite someone to join Vkontakte. I myself have account so I can send invitation and for this mobile number is needed.
