Slideshare would be a suitable channel for presentations of the coaches. Coaches must be requested to send their professional presentations to a certain contact person of Swing to win team, and it would be good if all presentations are placed to Slideshare in the same format (looking like Swing to win: logo, typography etc.)
Prsentations of a certain topic must be placed to Slideshare after a show has been released. Presentations then help the tribe to get familiar with so called academic approach of a certain show.
Slideshare presentations shall open up the learning process as well
Thus, Slideshare shall be used as a more formal channel
